As the start of the whole process, it is worth giving you a summary of the blog to come.

Scott, Arif and I are about to develop our first French property. We come from a range of property backgrounds, however this is our first effort across the pond.

This blog will charter our progress, to help us and readers learn from our likely Mistakes.
